THE GHOST WITH THE BLACK EYE

Chapter 1

My great-grandfather ran a hotel downtown back in the days when people were tough and times were hard. Folks traveling through town would need a place to wash off the road dust, eat, and sleep a spell. His hotel turned a nice little profit and many nights during the summer, every room would be filled - that is every room except one!

.One room was haunted. It Seems that way back when the hotel was first built a man got in a fight over a girl down in the bar. He took a tremendous left cross right in his left eye and it knocked him out - just one punch. Folks hauled him up to his room to sleep it off, but he never woke up - died right there in the room.

Since then, no one was able to sleep in that room because of the ghost. One day, a barmaid called marian walked in ,she needed a room. But there was something that grandpappy did not like about this… marian

Grandpappy said, "Sorry, miss, I've only got one room left and it’s haunted."

"That's ok, I'll take it," replied the barmaid.

While getting ready for bed, she heard, "I'm the ghost with one black eye. I'm the ghost with one black eye."

Scared the bejeebers out of her! She ran downstairs in her nightgown, right out the front door, and was never seen again.

Chapter 2

A few years later, a cowboy rented the room. Grandpappy said it was haunted, but he said, "Shoot Heck, pardner, I rope bulls and don't spit out my chaw juice. I ain't afeared of no ghost."

But, as he was taking a bath, he heard, "I'm the ghost with one black eye. I'm the ghost with one black eye."

That cowboy gulped, choked on his chaw, his face turned purple, his eyes bulged out, he jumped out of the bath, wrapped in a towel, and skedaddled out of town like a jackrabbit across the prairie.

The room sat vacant for more years until a U.S. Marshal drove into town in a new fangled automobile instead of on a horse. He asked Grandpappy for a room, but this was the busy season and guess what - there was only one room left and Grandpappy explained it was haunted.

chapter3

"That's just fine," said the Marshal. "I've killed 37 men, been shot 12 times, bit by a rattlesnake twice, and gargle with turpentine every morning. I'm not too concerned about some silly ghost."

So, he went up to his room. But, no sooner had he closed the door when he heard, "I'm the ghost with one black eye. I'm the ghost with one black eye."

He turned and smashed right through the door, leaped the entire flight of stairs, picked up his automobile, and ran out of town screaming and hollering at the top of his lungs.

A couple years after that, in the early 1900s, a family was passing through town on a family vacation. Any idea how many rooms were left?

NOPE - there were TWO rooms left!

But, the mother and father wanted their own room and their young son could have his own. Grandpappy told them about the ghost, but the boy just said, "Wow! A REAL GHOST? Cool!"

The mom and dad went to their room and the boy opened his up. He took a bath, got ready for bed, and hopped in. Just then, he heard, "I'm the ghost with one black eye. I'm the ghost with one black eye."

And, the boy hollered back, "Well, I'm a Cub Scout and you don't scare me! If you don't shut  up, you're gonna be the ghost with TWO black eyes!"

                   The water cycle     

I am going to explain the water cycle. I will explain how long this unstoppable force of nature has been going on for. It has been going on for as long as the dinos 65,000,000 years (and longer) now that is nearly as old as my grandad!!

PRECIPITATION

This occurs when it rains,snows,or anything that fallen from the clouds.Precipitation is water released from clouds in the form of rain, freezing rain, sleet, snow, or hail. It is the primary connection in the water cycle that provides for the delivery of atmospheric water to the Earth. Most precipitation falls as rain.   

Evaporation

Evaporation is when a liquid becomes a gas without forming bubbles inside the liquid volume. If bubbles are formed we are talking instead about "boiling". For example, water left in a bowl will slowly disappear. The water evaporates into water vapor, the gas phase of water.

Condensation  

Condensation is the process by which water vapor in the air is changed into liquid water. In other words, the water in the air, a gas known as water vapor, from your hot shower cooled when it met the surface of the cold mirror. This caused the water vapor to condense, or turn into its liquid form.

The water cycle

The water cycle is called the hydrologic cycle. In the hydrologic cycle, water from oceans, lakes, swamps, rivers, plants, and even you, can turn into water vapor. Water Vapor condenses into millions of tiny droplets that form clouds. Clouds lose their water as rain or snow, which is called precipitation.

1. As each goose flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the birds that follow. By flying in a V formation, the whole flock adds 71% extra flying range.

LESSON : People who share a sense of community can HELP each other get where they are going more easily - because they are traveling on the trust of each other.

2. When a goose falls out of formation it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of flying alone. It quickly moves back to take advantage of the lifting power of the birds in front.

Lesson: if we have as much sense as geese we stay in formation with those headed where we went to go. We are willing to accept Help and give our help to others because they are travelling on the trust of one another.  This means to our group:

Working together and not leaving anyone behind helping one another and encouraging each other.           

This means to our group:

Helping someone if they fall or fail and helping them until the end and not giving up.

3.When the lead goose tires, it drops back into formation and another goose flies to the point position.

LESSON: It pays to TAKE TURNS doing the hard tasks. We should RESPECT and PROTECTeach others unique This means to our group:

Taking turns to lead the group to victory all ways helping one another to get to the end .

4.  The geese flying in formation honk to encourage those up front to keep up with their speed. lesson. we need to make sure our honing is inherited in groups their is engorgement, production is much greater. individual empower rustilst from queatu honking This means to our group:

Always encourage each other to help them on their way.

5. When a goose gets sick m two geese drop out of formation and follow it down to help and protect it. lesson, if we have as much sense geese we will stand by each other in difficult times as well as when we are strong

Model aircraft show   

As we pulled up at the model aircraft show HB we notice that the plains were huge infact they were about 3 meters long!!

and so detailed.We saw a jet that flew 350 kph!!! And it dropped bombs we saw amazing aircraft from spitfire  to top tech fighter planes and there was a demo from NZ best model aircraft it was an amazing experience.

It was an ANZAC special so there were a lot of by planes and very old the bombs even blew up.They went in pairs of 5/4 or 3

And then i thought the crystal clear water hitting my face being in the sun all morning was not the way i wanted my day to go but going to ocean spa was my kinda day  

My dream bedroom

My dream room will look amazing. It will have a walk through cricket pitch and non stop cricket robots.Each entry is guarded by the hole marvel team cool ay and yet there's even more,a walk through fridge .And a whole game room. And a luxury bathroom with all of the aksesoris,i also have a lamborghini, mclaren and aston martin with a chauffeur to drive me around my bedroom it's that big.I also have a robot butler that is at my service 24/7 that is long. I also have a real life monopoly board game where you actually earn real money!!! So that is my room if i ever win the lotto.          

A soldier's tale

My cloths are  and covered in mud i am very sick and all i want is to be home with my family.  safe  from all those nasty thing around me.  

My friends are being shot, i am in pain all i want is to be safe from enemy fire. The mud is squelching in my boots. blood in my eyes.

my men look like they have taken drugs,they seem deaf. We need to run gas bombs start to fall bullets whizz past us suddenly one of men falls face first on to the ground he has been shot in the leg we have to leave him we slip on our gas masks and trudge on

RUN!!!! i Scream put on your gas mask you idiots run i think the base is this way.

 fionn is two slow and falls in pain the gas is bursting his lungs killing him slowly he screams out dieing,we all run.

the gas is now very thick dirty green even with these gas i can still hardly breathe through the thick we charge through.

I can see fionn slowly dieing his body is losing blood

Imagine your friend lying on the back of the truck  

The blood is souping up it looks like tomato soup

mobility scooter madness

               mobility scooter madness   

Crumble,crumble,as my feet scuffed the pebble drive.I turned a corner and in the middle of the drive was the most shiniest mobility scooter you have ever seen.It had polished chrome wheels and was the redeist red you have ever seen in your life! .So what did you think me and Braden did. We drove off down the back of the orchard and thru the trees sliping like wet soap. After an hour of slipping and sliding we had a drag race.Will on the mobility  scooter vs Braden the walker .The battery whirred and Braden blew the whistle the dust flew up and the race was on.Braden was at my bumper when suddenly as if out of no where we came across a mud river,good thing i was wearing old clothes,we sloshed through and believe me we were covered head to toe in mud. Wow that was amazing .We had fun and really sore bottoms.
